We know we're falling behind on the posts! Sorry mom!
Posted by Karbo We know we're falling behind on the posts! Sorry mom! From Scotland to Northern Ireland we had 3 days of non-stop hopping around.

Posted by Karbo On the morning of the 11th, we took the train from Edinburgh north to Dingwall, a town with a population of 5,000. We were picked up by our Airbnb host, Ian, and after dropping our things off at his place he brought us back to Dingwall's main street, High Street, so that we could explore the area.
Posted by Jason Karbo was right about this being a special day for me. I am an avid golfer and have been for 5 years now. So when we decided to go to Scotland as part of our RTW trip, I immediately looked into the possibility of playing a round at the "home of golf."
Posted by Karbo Our trip to Edinburgh got off to a rough start. Jason told me that we were booked on the 11PM overnight Megabus from Victoria Rail Station. In reality, we were supposed to be at the Victoria Coach Station by 10:45PM to catch the Megabus to Edinburgh. We'd joked about it before, but that night we actually became those backpackers sprinting and weaving through the streets while trying to catch our bus. We arrived at the coach station to find the Megabus loaded and ready to go with seconds to spare. Jason: I've learned my lesson and will read all the fine print and give us ample time to catch our rides in the future.
